Generally, reached Exalted Status with the Cenarion Circle is the longest and most demanding objective in the game. It will take a long time to get the reputation points you need and the rewards are slim, but the eventual results are well worth it.
The first thing to do is start farming Twilight Cultists until you reach Honored Status. This alone will take a long time as they generally offer very little experience. Keep everything they drop to turn in later for more reputation though. If you are in a group that is capable of doing the Ruins of Ahn¡¯Qiraj run, do it often. Keep at it until you reach Revered status. Once you reach Revered and are level 60, do all of the available quests and turn in your reputation items. Start gathering Tactical Badge quests after this and keep doing this until you have no cultist sets left. If you still haven¡¯t reached Exalted, do whatever you have to get those last few reputation points.
